2. Based on the process and on-site conditions provided by the user, our company provides technical information such as product layout and final assembly drawings to facilitate on-site construction for the user.
3. The user counts the goods according to the shipping list provided by our company, and within 48 hours, our company sends professional technical personnel to the site for installation and debugging (or guidance on installation).
4. Train operators and maintenance personnel for users, help them master relevant operating techniques and knowledge of normal maintenance and upkeep, and ensure the effective operation of the product.
5. During normal use, if there are any related issues, our sales and technical personnel will respond within 8 hours and arrive at the site within 48 hours to handle and resolve them. Corresponding fees will be charged in accordance with national regulations such as three guarantees.
6. Provide users with a list of vulnerable parts, product manuals (user manuals), maintenance manuals, and other related technical documents.
